Recommendations for clinical action and healthcare organization during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in nephrology

This document was prepared taking initiatives from international and regional guides, adapting them to the local reality. Most of the recommendations lack quality evidence, so unlike other guidelines, it was not possible to establish a “level of evidence” for each of them. This guide therefore acts as a summary of the "state of the art" at the time of publication. It is highly probable that frequent modifications will arise, which will be communicated to the entire national nephrological community. This version may be improved with advances in knowledge and with your contributions.
