Abstract

During these last times, the need for an in-depth debate on the issues related to education and health has been present in public opinion.
None of them can and is no stranger to the university demos. The University has wealth built collectively in its autonomy, but it must be considered deeply linked to the public, committed and at the service of society, which sustains it budgetary. Therefore, contributing to the solutions together with the different social actors is an ethical duty enshrined in the Organic Law itself.
