Many are the challenges through whose overcoming our path was built and continues.
From 1974 to today, the Uruguayan Medical Journal has been overcoming stages that have been fundamental to meet its primary objectives of stimulating research, knowledge, learning in the preparation of scientific papers, their publication and dissemination, favoring the goal of a Continuing Medical Education.
